We have over 600 kids that attend our VBS. We group them into 4 color groups according to age and then 10 breakout groups. We try to accommodate requests for pairing as much as possible but we won’t group kids if the age disparity is more than 2 grades apart.

Students entering 6th grade and above are eligible to volunteer in various roles. Click the volunteer button above to see more about volunteer opportunities

Unfortunately we do not make exceptions for eligibility for the main VBS program. However, we do have a mini VBS program for children of volunteers. If you would like your preschooler to participate in mini VBS, consider volunteering.

We will process a full refund for families that have a reasonable explanation for cancelation up until registration closes in July.

The doors to the sanctuary will open at 8:45am each day.

You will be given a welcome packet with check in tags and a security slip at the beginning of VBS. Be sure to take a picture of that slip and send it to the people you are authorizing to pick up your child.

Once our VBS limit is reached the waitlist will open. You may add your child to the waitlist and we will contact you if a space opens up. If you do not hear from us prior to the first day of VBS then unfortunately we were not able to accommodate your child this year.

Our program relies heavily on volunteers. Please be prompt and pick up your child at 12pm. You are welcome to come early and join us for the closing assembly at 11:45am.
