If you have attended Maranatha for any length of time or even just listened to a few of Pastor Ray's messages you will have heard him repeat that phrase over and over. The early apostles considered prayer and the Word to be the foundations of their ministry, as Acts 6:4 tells us: "But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word." These two important aspects of our Christian life can be our foundation as well.  Maranatha Chapel provides many opportunities to exercise your privilege of prayer in a small group setting.

Sunday Prayer   - From 9:15am - 10:00 am you will find your Christian brothers and sisters praying for the weekend services, for the congregation's needs and for each other.

Prayer Walk   takes place on the church grounds every Wednesday from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm. You can also be a part of other special prayer walks which take place throughout the year at the church and in the community.

Wednesday Night Prayer   -From 6:15 -6:55 pm we gather to pray for the Wednesday night service and for other evangelical outreaches Maranatha has a part in. We call it "Prayer for the Harvest."

Men@Prayer - A small group of men meet every Saturday morning from 7:30 - 8:30am to pray for the church and for each others' needs as men, husbands and fathers.

Revival Prayer   takes place once a month at different home locations.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Women's Ministry Prayer  groups offer the women of the church the ability to participate in the many prayer opportunities at Maranatha Chapel.
