Welcome to Maranatha Chapel's Children's Ministry, where our desire is to minister to children with love, understanding, creativity, and knowledge, based on God's Word.

Psalm 1 begins, "Blessed is the man

(or child) that does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the way of sinners, nor sit in the seat of those who scorn. But his delight is in the Law of the Lord, and in God's law does he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in season, his leaf also shall not whither. And whatever he does shall prosper."

Delight means to have great pleasure and joy.  It is our prayer that our children will find true joy in learning to know God and His Word, and that they will prosper and live fruitful lives.

Our purpose is to:
Show kids how to follow Jesus because He is the only way to eternal life.

 »  Teach kids to feed on God's Word and delight in the truth.

 »  Help them fulfill God's purpose for their lives.
