The women's ministry has multiple opportunities to come together for fellowship and encouragement.

Save the date: Women's Ministry is excited to announce our upcoming retreat this spring, HOLD FAST. The dates are April 23-24-25, 2010. More details will be coming. If you would like to help us plan and prep for this one, we would love to have you. Please email Jean in the office at jean.guldner@maranathachapel.org with your interests [registration, hospitality, decorating, etc]. We will be creating teams for each area. We have such fun working together, come join us!

Join us for  Women's Bible Study for 2009-2010. Read what the ladies said about our Fall semester HERE. Classes will begin on the 19th of January. We will be continuing with our new updated format. Join us for our newest minstry: Divine Quilts. Get together to fellowship while you sew. Learn how to quilt or bring your master skills and teach a rookie. We also make fleece blankets, for those who are just beginning to learn to sew.

Women in this day and age experience more stress and pressure than at any other time in history. Technologically we have advanced in ways that seem like a dream. Our needs, however, remain the same; we long to love and be loved, we seek to give to others, as well as having our needs fulfilled. We desire a strong foundation that cannot be shaken, no matter what the storm or circumstance.

Through Bible Study, Worship, Prayer,  and Fellowship, in small group settings or in large outreaches, Women in Ministry offers a place to take the first step, or to be challenged to take the next step in your walk with the Lord. Together we encourage one another, bear one another's burdens and seek to give a safe place for women to learn who they are in Christ.

Our prayer is that every woman will be able to find her place as a very important part of the Body of Christ. We are all women called to be "in ministry" and we look forward to getting to know you, and helping you find your place to belong!
