Estean joined our staff in 1993 as a lay minister overseeing our
Home Fellowship Ministry. After his pastoral ordination, he launched
the inner-city "Christians in the Hood" outreach and opened Impact
Urban America. IUA's Works Staffing provides opportunities for job
training and placement. Estean is married with 2 grown sons.
